At ANUGA Food Tech 2022, our heart of the efficient filling process is, as usual, the CHUB Form-, Fill- and Seal system with vertical, continuous and weight-accurate filling at up to 160 cycles per minute and filling weights of up to 2 kg/unit. This includes the use of an inexpensive flat film and round wire to reduce unit costs.
In addition, we will appreciate to discuss various individualisation options that will satisfy your customers as well as enable cost savings in your own production process:

- Individualisation: Easy-Open stripe as an opening aid for e.g. children’s sausage snacks (25 g in a sterilisable PVDC film). The high production output of the CHUB is also in this field approx. 120 packs per minute – for approx. 180kg-900kg per hour. We are happy to show up various reference products with Easy-Open from large and medium-sized food manufacturers in Western and Eastern Europe.

- Sustainable packaging solution: by using a certified and fully compostable cellophane film, for e.g. smoked cheese, boloney-type sausage. This cost-effective packaging solution not only enables a unique taste experience for your end customer, but also improves the sustainability balance.

- Production optimisation: additional work steps can be integrated into the CHUB packaging process, e.g. placement of loops to the products for hanging during smoking. This not only saves on personnel costs, but also enables a more efficient production.
